Shipping Policy
All orders will ship within 3 business days. If you do not see a tracking update within 7 days of placing your order, you may contact us by clicking here. Please include your order number. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand sizing can be brutal since our little ones grow so fast. We do not offer refunds but we do allow exchanges for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible to exchange an item, the item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and have all tags attached. An $8 shipping/processing fee will be deducted from your store credit if you are requesting a prepaid label.
We do not offer pre-paid returns for international orders at this time. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us (hyperlink).
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Cancellations
We allow cancellations for up to 24 hours after placing the order, as long as the order has not shipped yet.
